I started listening to The Beatles at age 3 and fell in love with the music. I have every one of their CD's. I was watching TV about 7-8 years ago when I saw an add for 1964. They were going t be appearing at the Ice Center in Salem NH. From the moment I heard "1,2,3,4" in the begining of I saw Her Standing There to the last bit of harmony on She Loves You, I was in love with this band! Ihave seen their NH shows ever since and have met the guys a few times. This is the best CD, I think, they have come out with! All of these songs will bring you back to the past with their amazing renditions of the lads! 5 stars!!

I was 8 years old when the Beatles first appeared on Ed Sullivan. They had a tremendous impact on an entire generation. For example, I became a music teacher. 1964: Tribute is the most authentic Beatles live act and their recordings and live performances are the closest to the real thing. These gentleman are the experts...the equipment and suits, every note, every ad lib joke...yet spontaneous, the way it was meant to be. Other bands try to portray the Beatles as if they performed live after 1966. That is inaccurate (however good they may be). Nobody gets to play Carnegie Hall unless unless they are of a certain calibur, and the Tribute has reached that status. As you all know, the Beatles stopped performing live before they did the landmark 1967 Sargeant Pepper album. The Tribute is authentic in staying within the bounds of the touring Beatles' live perfomances, and they are well worth it, they have done the research, and most of all , they are fun . Thank you guys!

Many live recordings I have just don't sound that great. This CD is an exception. It's like being in the audience. Whoever the sound techs were knew their craft! Vocals and everything sound fantastic! If you don't buy this one, you lose. Can't wait for #2 to be released! Great job guys!
